I maintain all copyright and ownership of the pieces I make, including reproduction rights as well as the right to use the artwork for display as marketing or promotional purposes (If you don't want your commission to be displayed, let me know BEFOREHAND).

I can turn down your commission without justification, I will also drop your commission if communication stops for 2 weeks (14 days).

I will not copy art styles, I will stick strictly to my own.

You are not purchasing a physical copy of the artwork, only a digital one. Your drawing will be provided via Google Drive as a png. Remeber to save the artwork to your device once you recieve it, because I might delete it to save space.

I will provide visual updates on your drawing privately through DMs or Email, and, if you are fine with it, I will stream the sketching phase on Twitch.

You may not reprint your commission for a profit, but you may use it for personal use.

You are prohibited from using the artwork given to you, or any of my art work, for AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms and programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for profit platforms/purposes.

You reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on your social media accounts and/or websites given that you will credit, tag, or link my social media platforms.

You may crop, resize, edit the artwork for perssonal use, however, I require you still credit me for the piece.

You must provide clear visual references to be used as a guide in your commission. Please indicate as much detail as you can for your piece (pose, expression, colour schemes, etc.) to avoid mistakes or delays in the process.

FOR CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGNS: I prefer as more detail, but I am open to do with less detail. Mood boards, descriptions, motifs are welcome examples of showing me what you want. AI imagery or music playlists are not.

You reserve the right to ask for updates and contact me regarding the visual process of your commission piece.

Full payment is issued upfront.

Payment will be done via PayPal only.

The transactions will be iniciated by an invoice sent by myself. Please wait for me to send the invoice and do not send money outside of it.

Your commission will be cancelled if you fail to pay inn 48 hours (2 days).

I do not accept payment plans or split payments.

Prices may vary or change depending on the character complexity, requirements, and/or additional requests.

If you want to cancel a commission after payment, a partial refund is possible IF I'm still early in the drawing process, otherwise no refunds.

If for some reason I'm unable to do your commission, I will fully refund you.

Unlimited revisions will be done during the sketching phase.

after the final approved sketch, only 5 minor revisions are allowed.

There will be no revisions if the piece is finished.

Do not issue deadlines, my pieces might take time and I'm still a student. I thank you for your patience.

You are encouraged to ask for WIPs (Work in progress) periodically to check!!!
